How cool is it when an item with your artwork on it is in a movie? I kept it a secret for the most part until now. I was asked sometime last year by someone at Warner Brothers for permission to use a plate with my painting “Palmas de Puerto Rico” on it as a set decoration in the movie “In the Heights.” Here are a few photos of the plate in a scene from the movie, the best ones I could get, as well as a photo of the original painting.
