I always aim to provide 100% satisfaction with my products. I know, from personal experience, that sometimes things are different than they appear online. If at all dissatisfied with any purchase, please return within 10 days for a full refund. Purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs. Custom work cannot be returned. Although I try to take the best photos possible, Items may appear a different color depending on monitor used. If a product arrives damaged, please notify me via email @MATart75@gmail.com or convo me and include pictures please. Notification must be within 48 hours of receiving item.  

For commissions paid in full, up front, if not satisfied, I will refund 70% of the cost. 30% will be kept by me for cost of supplies. I will also keep the product.

Shipping costs are just estimates. I will provide a refund if the difference is over $5.00.
